Methods for distinguishing the quality of polyvinyl chloride pipes
① First, check the surface smoothness and Baidu. A surface that is smooth and has a relatively bright whiteness is of the highest quality.
② Samples that are prone to breakage are usually high calcium products.
③ Take the sample and step on the edge of the pipe to see if it can crack or the elongation at break after cracking.
④ In terms of endurance. The most direct way is to take it to a place with high temperature and light for a few days, observe the surface change rate, and determine whether it can withstand the baptism of high temperature and sunlight. This method can directly determine the quality of PVC pipes, but it is too time-consuming.
